Shipping policy
It will take 1-3 working days to complete the shipment of the products depending on the workload of the respective period (during festive periods the preparation and/or shipping time may increase). In any case, we always try to be on schedule and make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible.
Shipment is carried out by Geniki Taxidromiki or ELTA Courier. Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days, except for hard-to-reach areas where it is 1-5 business days from the date of dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order.
More specifically
- Shipping costs for Greece: 3.50 € for parcels up to 2 kg and cost +0.50 € for each additional kg
- Shipping cost for E.U: 15.00 € for parcels up to 2 kg and cost +0.50 € for each additional kg
- Shipping costs are free for orders over 50 € for Greece and over 150 € for the E.U.
- When your order is shipped, you will be informed via e-mail of the tracking number with which you can follow its progress and locate it.
- Please ensure your shipping information is up to date before finalizing your order. Herbarium Handmade Soap is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.
